Individual Registration
This applies to regular participants who are attending the forum. Early bird fee will apply as per the cut-off deadline. Participants wishing to attend pre-Forum Workshops can register using the same form. See Forum Fees.
Case Studies Presenters Registration
This applies to delegates whose case studies were approved. Early bird fee will apply as per the cut-off deadline. See Forum Fees.
Pre-Forum Workshop Registration for Non-forum Participants
This applies for participants, who may want to only register for one of the workshops offered.
